When you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden and dispatched within 24h (weekdays).

We ship with PostNord (varubrev) that is traceable.

Delivery times and charges:

  • Sweden: 2-4 weekdays - 29 SEK. Free shipping over 900 SEK.
  • EU & Norway: 3-6 weekdays - 59 SEK ~ 6€

3. Prices

All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices are including VAT (25%).
We reserve the right for pricing caused by supplier price changes, error prints in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and we reserve the right at the right price.

4. Taxes and fees outside the EU

When purchasing products in our online store for delivery to non-EU countries, local taxes and fees may apply. It is your responsibility as a customer to pay any additional taxes and fees that may occur.

5. Return policy

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of return and exchange that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.

5.1 When using your right to return:

You must announce that you would like to make a return. The message should be sent to us In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the goods to which the return applies must be clearly stated. You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the return notice.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you like, we can email you a return label that you print out and attach on the package. We will deduct the return shipping fee below from the refund amount.

The returned item must be in a substantially unchanged condition with the jewelry tag remaining. You are responsible for the delivery and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be shipped well protected and sent in original packaging. 

In the amount of the refund, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product for used or damaged product.

Refunds will be made once the return has been received and approved by us. You will be refunded with the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

5.2 Exchanges:

We offer free exchanges within EU. If you would like to change to another item, send an email to and we will assist you. 
Once your return is received by us, we will send you the replaced item. You have 14 days to exchange your purchase. 

6. Complaints

We inspect all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged or improperly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to fix the problem for free.

Notification of defects should be made immediately from the time you as a customer discovered, or should have discovered the error. In the event of a complaint, we offer a new product, or if not available an equivalent product.

We do not approve complaints for wear and tear (if you haven’t followed our care advice) negligence or accidental injury.

6.1 How to make a complaint?

Any errors and defects should always be reported to where you enter your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error. If we are unable to correct the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
