We ship with PostNord (varubrev) that is traceable.

Exchanges:
We offer free exchanges within EU. If you would like to change to another item, send an email to info@voulang.com and we will assist you. You have 14 days to exchange your purchase. 

Returns:
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you like, we can email you a return label that you print out and attach on the package. If you choose to use our return label we will deduct the return shipping fee below from the refund amount once the package is received by us. You have 14 days to return your purchase.
